FAW, Shacman, Beiben Truck normally assemble FAST Gearbox, like 10JS180, 12JS160T, 12JS200T, the most vulnerable parts of the Gearbox are 1/2th gear, 1/2th Synchronizer, 3/4th synchronizer, the auxiliary box synchronizer, low gear, reduction gear and Gear knob.
The Sinotruk export to Africa almost assemble HW19701 model gearbox, the torque rod is 1900n.m, match with WD615.47, 371HP for Tractor truck， WD615.69, 336HP for Dump truck. Sinotruk Gearbox Struction is different with Fast Gearbox, so the vulnerable parts always occur on auxiliary case, like low-grade taper hub, high-grade taper hub and the range of gear synchronous.
For all gears and synchronizer, like each gear on the main shaft, 1/2th, 3/4th, 5/6th synchronizer and auxiliary synchronizer. like the PTO if you want to assemble on the gearbox, We all need the Customers Series No.: on the gearbox nameplate to check, e.g the customers series No. is G8556 on the following Fast gearbox nameplate.
According to this number we can get BOM(Bill of material) of gearbox, then every parts is clear.
For other transmission parts, like the clutch disc, clutch pressure plate, release bearing, gear knob, gear shift cable, gear select cable, propeller shaft, cross joint, we have to check them based on CHASSIS NUMBER (VIN NUMBER), e.g, the CHASSIS Number is LZGJLNV49EX053758 on below Shacman Truck Nameplate.
Share with us the Chassis number, then we can check the each transmission parts clearly.
If the truck is too old to find the chassis number and other namepalte, the only way is checking if there is parts number on the parts or not, that will be 100% correct if parts No. over there.
But it’s impossible to advise all parts photo for a 300+ spare parts list.
So, make record of the truck nameplate, chassis number, engine nameplate carefully, it will be helpful in future.
