FAW New J5P, 380HP assemble PSQ 457 single reduction axle and LB300 double reduction axle, Sinotruk HOWO assemble MCY12 and MCY13 Axle for light heavy duty truck, HF9 and HC16 assemble for heavy duty tractor head and dump truck. Shacman assemble HANDE brand axle, MAN5.5, Man7.5ton front axle, Man 13, Man16 ton rear axle.
These axle were mostly assembled on export truck, if the road are in good condition, pavements, light heavy duty axle is workable, like MCY12 and 13 Series, Man13, PSQ457, if the road situation is bad, many hollow, the truck will be assembled heavy duty alxe, like the LB300, HC16, MAN16 double reduction axle.

There is nameplate on each axle, front axle, middle axle and rear axle, these nameplate will show the axle model, the loading capacity, the parts number and production time. The nameplate can make us to check each axle parts correctly. So, if you are the manager of truck fleet, make record of each axle nameplate, it will very convenient for you to book axle parts.
Chassis number is the key information to check and confirm parts, include axle parts. But unforunately, there are some mistakes about the BOM exacted by Chassis number, one time, by FAW chassis number, it shows QT made axle, but the axle nameplate show PSQ. that’s weird. But most of time, chassis number is workable and is the only way normally.
Many small parts don’t impress parts numbr on it, so it’s hard to defined the parts by parts number. It’s better to send photo to avoid mistake, for example, many clients send me “I need diff”. this is unclear, since there are wheel diff for middle axle, diff for middle/rear axle, and diff for rear axle. they are different and can’t commonly using. So, confirmed by photo will be 100% accurate.
We need customer to share us the truck chassis number or axle nameplate or photo, then we can check the parts acurately.

457 Axle is Single reduction axle, welding housing, rated load weight is 13000kg, for tractor truck. 300 Axle is double reduction axle, with wheel reducer, casting axle, load weight is 16000 kg, for dump truck.
Normal FAW HP380 to East Africa, like Zambia, Tanzania, Rwanda was assemble PSQ 485 or 457 axle for tractor head, for tipper assemble LB300 axle.

If you have axle nameplate, that’s better, since there are some truck indeed can’t check axle parts according to chassis number, if you have axle nameplate, will be much helepful.
